ANNOUNCEMENT OF SUBMISSION OF QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORTS OF "SOJAPROTEIN"A.D. BEČEJ FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY-MARCH 2013

Pursuant to Article 9 of the Contract on admission of securities to the exchange market, we announce here with submission of quarterly financial reports for the period January - March 2013 of the issuer “Sojaprotein”A.D. Bečej, Industrijska 1 Bečej (identification No. 08114072, objects code 1041 Production of Oils and Fats).

We will provide you with the Serbian version of the quarterly financial reports (in written and electronic form) by May 15, 2013. The same will also be posted within the indicated term on the issuer's web page www.sojaprotein.rs.
